Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you're not happy with your order, you can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Items such as intimate wear, customized products, and personal care items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at johanaanaisa@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item (if it arrived damaged or incorrect)
- A brief reason for the return
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Full refunds are issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Partial refunds may be given if an item is not in its original condition.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you need a replacement, please contact us, and we’ll arrange it as soon as possible.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
- Once processing begins, cancellations are not possible.
